There is a codex entry I think...
But from what I remember it is more arid than Earth
plus the stuff Tali tells you about it

Legion talks about it. More arid than earth, with an orange sun. call Rannoch, which means "Walled Garden" i think:?

well legion says how the geth tend after the quarian worlds sort of like memorials for all the quarians who died.
