I liked her personality as a whole.  Good balance of being a nice person, but strong when warranted.  Then the cute way she acts around Shepard.  Plus she's the most loyal of the characters.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Also, she can be downright hilarious at times, whether through the cuteness or well-timed sarcasm.

I agree about Tali but Garrus...as much as i like him he just talks too much, if i hear "scoped and dropped" or "i love this rifle" one more time i'm gonna shoot him myself

Unlikely, Garrus always steals your kills, even your suicide just to spite you.
