Now a woman who likes me for who I am, and has a genuine friendship to base the relationship off of, that's something else entirely. But where would you find a girl like that? Does anyone see someone who matches that description?

Yep, though Quarians appear to have wider hips by default, and we hardly know anything about their biology (apart from the fact that their skeleton/skull is pretty much identical to ours, save for the legs, feet and hands), so it's hard to determine whether wider hips equal higher estrogen levels (=fertility, in most cases), or whatever is the Quarian equivalent of those hormones.
Needless to say though, it does also equal a larger birth canal, making it beneficial nontheless.

Well, actually dem hips and dat ass go usually hand in hand. 
There was NOTHING what so ever wrong with Tali's behind IMO.
It was very nice. So yeah, i would not mind burying my face in dat ass.

In combat situations? Yes, Tali's only really effective for me(In ME2) when I'm fighting synthetics... In ME1 though I took her everywhere.

Yeah. Like you said, we do not know about the hormones in the quarian physiology, but by all 
accounts it should be similar to humans. And because i am a human it is safe for me to assume
that the wide hips would have the same effect on quarians as it does in humans.

In ME1, Tali was unstoppable. Long range combat with a shotgun ftw!

While AI hacking is only useful for synthetics, I find her attack drone very effective for crowd control
