Also, they're jealous, because the awesome biotic god is on Team Tali.

Today I was with my friend. I was watching him play ME2 and for his partners he chose Garrus ang Jack. I told him to choose Tali....he said....he....*crai face*...HE SAID TALI SUCKS!! I was all like "You ****!" I yelled "Paragon action!" and punched him in the arm. I got +1000 parigon and about 4 quarian pounces in my inventory

But he'd be against Tali being with a human. Not only does it mean no grandchildren, but he'd fear that it could threaten Tali's life. 

Then again, maybe he'd be more open minded. If Rael did survive, then it would've been because Shepard saved him from the Geth controlled ship. He would've seen Shepard in action, with Tali by his side. And the fact that Shepard has probably killed more Geth than anyone in the past 300 years wouldn't hurt either.

Thanks, that *does* make me feel better, but if I read the BS of people like Borschbeet, I despair for humanity.

It's good that the people here in this thread are nice and friendly. Gives one a bit more confidence for the survival of the human race.

I think this Borschtbeet guy is only trying to be funny - I doubt he really believes even half of what he says.

Man, as cool as Tali's paragon hug was, I kinda wish Rael had lived, just to see how he'd behave with Shepard. Maybe you could win him over with some Geth killing stories.

Would be a waste of ammo.....rather have her drop the Mako on them! I think she tinkered with it in ME1 just for the lulz! I can't fathom otherwise how in IFV could make salti and still be in one piece!
