Heheh, that would be funny.
I do have to say, i thought that they are going to close it down when we
made past 1000. And then again then we made it to 1500.
And 1650 and so on. So every extra post is bonus already.

Since I respect my friend, Rune. I posted something nice. Then Somebody1003 posted something that right away proves why this thread is completely stupid.

Then GTFO. If this place rapes your sanity why stay?

Ouh! We passed 2,000 at a fast pace! Nicely done my friends! I wonder what the longest running thread that is non-Tali related has been on the BioWare forums previously?

Tali'Zorah vas Normanday. You are a truly special and uniquely delightful woman, and fictional though you may be you nonetheless hold a very special place in my heart serving as a source of inspiration.<3

Ohhh KFD thinking I give a ****, that's cute.

Apparently you do since you see the need to go brow beating this forum yet again and trying to force your own interpretations of what should and shouldn't be here down other people's throats without consulting them first. That's a really good way not to get them on your side just so you know. Tali's value to you, indeed to any of us, can not be cheapened by outside actors unless you or I or any of us allows it to happen. So why not rejoice in the aspects of the Talimancer fans' creations you enjoy and quickly skip over the ones you dislike or state why you disagree in clear, concise logical terms without attacking everyone with a different point of view? Or you could act like a petty tyrant and see how far that gets you. The choice is as always yours to make for yourself.

KFD is right *puts away bag of insults for antilles* and for his sake I will not dignify antilles comments with a response.

For those who missed it the first time:

Well folks, we did it. We hit 2000 pages. And quite honestly, I don't feel like we've accomplished anything. This thread has became a staggering juggernaut of the Bioware forums, and in its 3rd iteration has reached a size I could not have imagined.

And I am, quite frankly, disgusted with how this thread has been conducted. Ripping on other members, posting pages and pages of spam, occasional poorly veiled racial comments, excessive quote walls, and going completely off topic for absolutely nauseating amounts of time.

This is not to say that everything about this thread has come to destroy my faith in the forums. In my time here I have seen some spectacular artwork, some wonderfully deep discussions, and some truly great ideas that I can only hope the devs on the ME3 team are picking up on.

For those on the thread who have kept the topic and the faith these many days, I salute you. To those who have continuously perpetuated the very things I've just mentioned, you are the reason why, effective immediately, I am leaving this thread and never looking back, not at this version or any of the others that will undoubtedly follow.

Keelah se'lai to you all. Releasing control.

Antilles, you know I understand how you feel. I hate when this thread goes off-topic, I really do. And it really angers me when I see pages that basically look like 4chan. Not only does it bother me as a fan of Tali, but also because I'm a mod over at the IGN boards, and I'm just use to taking an issue when topics turn sour.

I admit, sometimes I want to yell at people to stop posting garbage, and just stay on topic; if they don't have something Tali related, or at the very least ME-related to post, then it's better to not post at all.

But losing your cool simply will not help at all. It just can't. It's the equivalent of throwing water on a grease fire. You think it'll help, but in reality it'll just make things much worse.

Whenever I see the thread go bad, I try and steer it back to with either Tali-related questions or comments, or silly Tali dialog, or Tali images/gifs/videos,etc . If that fails, then it's just a lost cause and it's better for me to leave and return later. I'd rather it not have to be like that, but unfortunately it is.

This is pretty much how I feel.  I try to ignore the off-conversations and keep talking about Tali, or come back when there are some better conversations going on.  It might not be perfect, but I'd rather talk about Tali with some interuptions that not talk about Tali at all.

Thank you, friend. I see the errors of my ways. There are just points though where people do it because they "couldn't resist it." It is in that point where I see that people indeed should be yelled at. You must admit though, usually after I come in and alienate people into hating me, it usually gets right back on topic. Job well done, I suppose. Though for what it's worth, people have called me a 'stick in the mud' enough for me to simply not care what their responses are to me and vice versa. Not to mention there are people here who claim they are always off-topic and are glorified because they can speak eloquently. That name will not be stated, but you sir. I think 100% of your posts have been on-topic, and I have always respected you since I read your comments on page 13 of the first thread. You sir, are the kind of poster in this thread that everyone should strive to be, and I'm glad you still post.

Now, I'm going to go back to being sick, thank you again, Sergio.
