Don't need the suits to tell the difference. Male quarians have two toes as opposed to females who have 3.Goat_Shepard wrote...

Maybe they do that on purpose, to make males more distincitve from females.
Distinctive of the genetics or the style of the suit? I imagine they make the helmets for men longer for some reason
Or maybe we're not obsessed enough to find that toe. Seriously it took me multiple playthroughs before I caught Tali's 3rd toe in the first game.
Now I'm curious... *Turns on ME2 again*
All Tali fans, read this! IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP TALI ALIVE! 3.0!!

In Tali's case? DAT ASS and DEM HIPS are just so epic that anything that gets near them just wants to cling to them. Shepherd and friends probably have some future-velcro all over their suits.
Gravitational pull.
No, no sir. We're talking about an entirely new physical force, outside of gravity, electromagnetics, and the small and great forces that are active on the atomic and subatomic levels ... we're talking about ... TALI EFFECT.

I certainly hope so! Tali is too beautiful a character not to share that last hugely personable aspect of her persona with us, IMO! Besides, my Shepard already got to see her face and I'm supposed to be my Shepard sooooo....Hop to it BioWare!

We're heading for civil war, aren't we?
I think the Talimancer "nation" was much closer to outright civil war previously. This time I do not perceive those who would prefer a stricter, more authoritarian rule of law having the numbers they did back then. There are new and old guards mixed in on both sides. It does not have to erupt in to an all out conflict though I am prepared to defend the freedom and easy going atmosphere I perceive to be prevalent in the Tali threads to date. If things really take a turn for the worse I would advocate an amicable split whereby two separate Tali threads are created and people can then freely choose for themselves which level of freedom and focus they prefer to spend time on in this forum. That way each side can have a home without constantly aggravating one another short of intentinally seeking each other out to do just that.

Captain: "Welcome home, Ser'Gio nar Badass. What gift do you bring from your pilgrimage?"
Me: "Duct tape. I bring a large crate of Duct tape."
Captain: "Duct tape? What's is that?"
Me: "It's a human invention. I discovered it on my pilgrimage. Trust me, it's going to blow your ****ing mind"

but tali gets up to use the restroom while in there you here a small knock at the door
you go to see what it is, its a man with his son,
you can tell they are down on there luck, he tells you that there car broke down and they need a place to stay for the night , the tow truck will be there in the morning
you think to your self..... i do have a shed out in the back with a few old blankets

So you're saying that I'm not selecting Tali for my squad but rather gravity of "dem hipz"(we have yet to dismiss this claim) itself warped my controller's cursor over her portrait. Works for me!
Easier than accepting I have a problem.

Where does tali sleep on the normandy?
Those pod thingies on the way to the main battery where Garrus is constantly calibrating.
Aye, yet there are also actual bunk beds in the crew quarters on the Normandy SR-2. Cerberus is not a military organization and thus opted for more civilian conditions onboard.

Although that solution would be ideal, there exists the problem of only one thread per topic being allowed on the boards at a given time, and one thread would have to be locked. Not that we should consider the solution just yet; hopefully the problem evaporates.The_KFD_Case wrote...

It was a good run, and we made it to 2000. But really, was it 2000 pages for Tali?
I don't mean to start anymore flame wars saying something like this, but really, we could have handled this thread so much better.
I really don't know how I can stress this more, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THIS MANY TO PEOPLE TO STAY ON ONE MINOR TOPIC FOR SO LONG. As much as I love Tali, she is a very minor part of Mass Effect. After a month, we've exhausted everything there is to talk about her. I don't come back and read this thread to talk about hybrid kids or her head scarf for the 15th time. I come back because I like the community, and the members are capable of either giving me a laugh, or engaging in inteligent discussion, even if the topic is only Mass Effect related, not necessarily Tali related.
This is really the only part of your post I have a problem with. If you're going to quote my argument, then quote the whole thing. You're making me look like I think we should stay on topic 100% of the time, and in my post I specifically said that believing a thread could stay on topic 100% of the time is naive.
