That's horrible!  Tali wouldn't want kids so much that she'd leave Shepard. And Kal? They don't have, or ever had, any kind of relationship. 

ME3 is going to end with a cheesy Hollywood ending, in which everyone thinks Shep is dead, and he suddenly emerges alive and Tali runs to him, Independence Day style.

No, they definitely have something, even if it's minute. You can hear it at least in Tali's voice on Haestrom and on the Fleet.

Mono-gendered species that procreate through parthenogenesis exist on Earth, though they are all fish, birds and reptiles (I believe some amphibians as well). Having a mammal that procreates in that manner is highly unlikely, and a sentient and sapient one at that is even more unlikely, but in the vast reaches of the universe, anything is possible...

Well I dont think that life exists outside our own world anyways.

That's just depressing.

That is truly a naïve way of looking at things. Watch one of those videos on how insignificant we are and how HUGE the universe is and then tell me we are alone.

I think Shepard's cabin would be a very ideal environment for Tali to be suitless if they get some kind of decontamination machinery in there (I went into this with that fanfic I wrote! )

The door to it is airtight. It's the same airtight door used throughout the ship, and it just makes sense that a room that's right below the hull of the ship to be able to be sealed, in case there's a hull breach. 

Also, I imagine that the air that comes into the room would be completely purified and sterile, since it would come from from the life support systems.

another Idea: Tali begins to take off her mask and Shepard stops her. He then proceeds to deliver a cheesy line: "Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere." or something of the like. Then we see her remove her mask/show her face in a more suitable environment. Like back on the ship/cleanroom/etc.

See, the problem is...I don't think there is anything there to begin with. At most, Kal has a crush on Tali but Tali isn't receptive, she doesn't like him that way. Kal is too professional with her, and (lawl) treats her like the admiral's daughter with his ma'ams. Shepard treats her like Tali. Tali really appreciates the fact that despite the fact that a lot of galaxy hates quarians, Shepard treats her like an equal and is a great friend to her, a friend she can trust with her life. Shepard doesn't have to do this but he does anyway, while Kal has to due to being a quarian soldier.

They may have enough there to justify them having a relationship if the player (for some unknown reason) didn't romance Tali, although I don't see it at all.  I can't see any scenario where Tali leaves Shep for Kal or even contemplates it once they're together though.

I agree completely. Kal is only there if Shepard does not choose to be with her. I think that's what BW was trying to do in ME2, build something small between them so that if Shepard doesn't go with her, she can have someone else to love and care for.
