Magic. . .instant shower. . .space suits?

I wanna know what happens when a Quarian has to throw up when they get sick from infection.  Do they risk open air infection (Again) by removing the mask or. . .do they. . .you know. . .just let go?
Maybe by this point they're placed in some kind of clean enviroment with a bucket or something. . .

Well, their suits can help regulate temperature (On Noveria in ME1, Tali says something like "I'm wearing an environmental suit, and I'm still freezing" which supports this). So perspiration would be kept at a minimum. 

Now, there would still be some perspiration of course, this can't be avoided. Now, it's worth noting that perspiration does not actually smell. What causes the stench we attribute to perspiration is bacteria that's growing in it. I imagine that their suits keep bacteria levels at a minimum, so they simply don't need to shower that often.

Silver is an antibacterial agent.  You can actually buy socks and such with silver thread woven in.  It keeps them from getting smelly
