If you're asking why this thread was stickied : For great justice and Talimance. Also, the mods probably just want to be able to keep their eye on it more easily.
If you're asking what it means for a thread to be stickied : It means that it doesn't drop down the page with time like a normal thread. It stays at the top of the forum list for all etenity, or until it is de-stickied.
