Yeah that's very good news. I'm not super crazy about that picture, because her expression doesn't seem right for Tali. But I can't deny it's a gorgeous face.

It didn't occur to me at the time, but I do think that spot would be the best place for them to be married/mated/bonded/whatever 

While it wasn't exactly where they first met, the human embassy is where she joined his crew; where they "officially" entered each other's lives. <3

That's why I never understood why when you talk to Tali there in ME2 she says "this is near where we first met" I was thinking "Wards Back Alley like over there", but what you said makes perfect sense, it's where she joined the crew. 

Wait, wait. One sec. When does 'this' Dialogue between Shepard and Tali happen? I've taken her to the Citadel both early and late in game and I've never seen one of those Hot Spots for Tali dialogue, nor ever heard her say it as part of the party interactions. When does this happen?

Lol, nope. If you click on the Bioware stamp under our thread and scroll ALL the way to bottom, you'll see his post. He just says we did not need to be stickied, and that he like some of the Artwork. Also, he leave his mark:

When you take her to the Presidium.

She says "This is near where we first met, Shepard. Fist and his men seemed so dangerous back then. We've come a long way. Don't know if that's a good thing, but it's definitely more interesting."

Take Tali to the Presidium in ME2 and talk with her on the ledge. It's more proof of Liz Sroka's eternal sexiness. I envy that you are going to see it for the first time
