I find it's AI Hacking. Combat Drone is usefull too.
Ironically, Tali and Legion are a perfect squad to have when against geth/mechs.

Normally it's her drone, it's very useful. If you're in an area with a lot of Geth/Mechs, her AI hacking becomes really useful.

Her shield drain is great too, after you do her Loyalty mission.

Feeling a tiny bit sick.  I think it's just a cold, so no biggy there.  However, spilling hydrochloric acid on my right hand's fingers is kind of a biggy.  That hurt.

She hacked a geth prime once, funniest sh*t ever. The prime just wasred everything in the immediate area. It was on legion's loyalty quest at the very end

Luckily, I was standing right next to a bottle of de-ionized water.  It still stung like a son of a b*tch for a long time, though.  Got a couple blisters.
