Tali's is definitely more toned. The only real thing Miranda has over Tali are boobs, and even then, Tali's 34C's are still nice!

if I'm not mistaken, in the novel, Ascension, some of the more practical-minded quarians will do this, replace arms, or hands with robotics, to make them more efficient at work.
