I doubt that he would approve, I just cant see the guy be happy about it.

As for kids, unless one changes there DNA or sum scienty crap I dont see it happening.

Has a human been intimate with a Quarian? It's a small number, I imagine. He would probably not approve, but he would also not be able to say that until I am dead, because Rael'Zorah is dead.
