He didn't say it that straight. He said that he's glad that Quarians didn't nuked their homeworld as Krogans did because they wouldn't return there.
Yes, it's a short dialogue between them.

No, but sometimes it's fun to kickback to an old joke.

I wouldn't think so because i always pictured biotics being an internal thing, and with quarians having weak immune systems i didn't think it likely but im not entirely sure.sergio71785 wrote...

Had a interesting conversation on here last night but got no real answers. Does anyone know if Quarians can be biotics? Also if there where another Quarian recruit in ME3 with biotic powers and a more badass sexy attitude would she replace Tali for you? P.S. i don't mean psychotic like jack.
As far as I know, there have been zero hints or suggestions that Biotic quarians exist. Perhaps their race is not capable of it?

They're probably rare/weak like turians. Though you'd think that on those rickety ships, there'd be plenty of babies getting exposed to eezo in eutero.sergio71785 wrote...

Her dad sends you an email?sergio71785 wrote...
I'm pretty sure Tali's dad strongly suspected Tali has feelings for Shepard. A father can just tell these things. Not to mention, I suspect Tali would have talked a great deal about Shepard and her adventures with him (Look at Kal'Reeger for example, when you get to Tali he says "I'm glad your old captain is as good as you said", which supports that she's talked about Shepard to others).
He sent you an email saying that his role as her captain during her pilgrimage may have influenced her decision to join the Normandy, which honestly, I think is a "professional" way of saying "I know she's following you because she has feelings for you"

Have you not looked at your inbox?
It's very professional, but there is some negativity behind it. Basically, he says that while it was her decision, the fact that you were her captain during her pilgrimage may have influenced her to join you.
He reminds you he expects her to be treated with the respect an honored member of the fleet deserves, and there there will be appropriate action if she comes to harm as a result of Shepard's negligence
