As far as I know, there have been zero hints or suggestions that Biotic quarians exist. Perhaps their race is not capable of it? 

They're probably rare/weak like turians.  Though you'd think that on those rickety ships, there'd be plenty of babies getting exposed to eezo in eutero.

I find that some what unlikely for the quarians. I mean they probably have the highest protection for their young. They do keep them in bubbles and those suits they wear keep out just about everything im guessing the bubbles the children stay in are the same. i doubt they are getting exposed to anything. lol

It kind of begs the question what "eezo exposure" entails.  Is it something you can be affected by even through shielding, like radiation, or is it something that you have to inhale or absorb through skin contact like lead or mercury?  If it's inhaled or skin contact, then quarians are actually very unlikely to be affected, I guess.

It's very professional, but there is some negativity behind it. Basically, he says that while it was her decision, the fact that you were her captain during her pilgrimage may have influenced her to join you.

He reminds you he expects her to be treated with the respect an honored member of the fleet deserves, and there there will be appropriate action if she comes to harm as a result of Shepard's negligence 

Wait, soo if Tali dies from the being Shepards LI (we all know what they did), is it Shepards fault, or is it Tali's?

Btw about this other conversation going on. I don't think any of the Quarians would approve of Tali being with Shepard. UNLESS! They where capable of reproducing together. I say that because Tali and her father are highly regarded people among the Quarians and her not continuing her bloodline through the fleet might be seen as a loss, if nothing else

You stated that she was potentially influenced by my being her de facto “captain” during her pilgrimage. The Tali’Zorah you spoke of in your message is not someone I know. The Tali’Zorah I know has use of her own mind and can make her own decisions. It was she that bid me not to kill off all of the Rachni and stated that we did not have the “objectivity” to judge the hapless creature. It was she that reminded me when the Destiny Ascension (and by proxy the entire council) was in desperate straights that the issue at had was “bigger than humanity”. For these things I and the galaxy is forever in her debt.
 
There is also something which she either did not tell you or you refused to hear. Together with Tali’Zorah’s help the Alliance was able to blunt a major geth incursion into the Armstrong Cluster. This occurred well before our final encounter with Saren. During our investigate in the Armstrong Cluster she requested a copy of an OSD we discovered concerning the geth and how they had changed over time, this I gladly gave to her. It was at this point that her pilgrimage was effectively over however she refused to leave expressing an unquenchable desire to stop Saren knowing full well how dangerous it was.
 
These statements and thoughts can only come from a clear thinking individual with her own thoughts and passions. She understood what was at stake even when all of the Councils, Alliances, Conclaves, and Hierarchies we blind to the danger. You are under no obligation, however you might want to give Tali a little more credit than you message indicated.
 
P.S.
I do not pretend to know all there is to know about Quarians; however I would consider it a great personal favor as one officer to another that you do not accuse me of a crime either in fact or by (as your message indicated) innuendo unless I have commit one. Officers are said to be “on our honor”. To a human parts of the message you sent are an egregious insult but I will set this aside as a mere cultural difference.
