I very much believe Tali is capable of being more sympathetic towards the Geth, but for the time being, that's not a very good idea.
Quib quib may be a good candidate, though I fear he may bend over too much.

Shepard should be the Ambassador. Give him some charm points for the appropriate dialog, and he'll have peace between the Geth and the Quarians in like 10 minutes.

Well, technicly she is the only Quarian to speak with a non hostile Geth so she'd be the most qualified for the job.
Which is why I must kill Legion and get Tali exiled in at least one playthrough, if she leaves my Shepard after that, Bioware or Tali deemed us unworthy of her for ME3.
Also, is it true you can totally not recruit Tali and Garrus? I thought Wrex was the only one?

I just can't bring myself to get her exiled even though she does say they (the Quarians) would have been better off.

Unfortunately, it's not dark red. I couldn't find a way to pull off dark red and have it look good. I tried like a million combinations of different fill/opacity settings and layer styles.
The Colossus red was actually what initially inspired me to make different colors of her outfit.
