Well, technicly she is the only Quarian to speak with a non hostile Geth so she'd be the most qualified for the job.
Which is why I must kill Legion and get Tali exiled in at least one playthrough, if she leaves my Shepard after that, Bioware or Tali deemed us unworthy of her for ME3.
Also, is it true you can totally not recruit Tali and Garrus? I thought Wrex was the only one?
I just can't bring myself to get her exiled even though she does say they (the Quarians) would have been better off.
Just what Tali said scare me,
Tali: "Some of them are even considering me to take my father's place on the Admiralty board, it will take awhile though, so I won't go there until ME3"
Shepard: "WHAT?! NOOOOOOOOOO!"
