Tali was not a child in ME1. She was fully grown. Yeah, she had to complete her pilgrimage to be considered an adult among her people, but physically, she was a fully grown adult.

It makes sense that Pilgrimages take place after physically becoming an adult. You don't want to send a non-adult out into the galaxy alone.

It works for me, make sure she's dressed in the defaulut suit, not the loyality one. If that fails - I dunno, the problem must be somewhere on your side.

no, only on on the model (on a mission/planet/ship)
