Well, there are a few times you can turn her down. The only one that appears to be on Youtube is the one during the romance scene, which actually seems to be the least sad one.

You tell her it's too dangerous, and she responds that she knows you're right, and that you can't blame a girl for trying. She doesn't sound that broken up about it. Perhaps it's because she already knows you care for her. 

Well, I want the saddest one.

right after she says she would link suits with you she sounded pretty sad.

 All this talk of rejecting Tali is seriously bumming my mood. I'm no Salarian biologist, but I'm going to self medicate by listening to the the Tali romance compilation.

No, many here just cheated on Liara or Ashley because they were to lazy to redo ME1.

I actually just never did a romance in Mass Effect, until Tali in ME2 of course

When Shepard says "I don't want anyone else. I want you" it definitely means more when you were single in ME1.  I actually need to play ME1 and actually HAVE a LI so I can explore the so called "triangle" in ME3. My only Me1 import is my first playthrough and it, well, wasn't good :innocent:
