Tali's in the mood to watch a classical Earth vid. What do you show her?

I've brought up Terminator in the past, so I won't go with that. I'd show her....Titanic. She'd probably enjoy the star-crossed lover aspect, and the story is pretty simple; it's not a story you'd need to be human, or even alive at the time of the movie's creation, to appreciate.

'Airplane!' There is no more classic earth film than that. :)

I meant classical from their perspective! :P

It was my way of saying movies from the current present and before.

Ghostbusters.  Don't know why.  It just popped in there. :P:P

Because it's the perfect movie, that's why. Everyone loves it, or likes it, but no one could ever hate that movie.

No one with a soul, anyway. :bandit:

And have run numbers. If reasonably even spread of quarians around flotilla, would be about 350 quarians on Rayya. Rayya wins.

When I played ME1, I thought the LIs where cool. Usually I would romance Ashley because it seemed to be the one that you where supposed to do. I did, of course, romance Liara a few times for variety. After playing ME2, I was going to romance Miranda because, again, she seemed to be the one you were supposed to romance. After having that second conversation with Tali, however, I immediately broke it off with Miranda. I pursued a relationship with Tali, not because it was "a cool feature," but rather because she was the coolest character, and the only one I really wanted to romance.

Tali: I haven't trusted anyone enough to...well, no Quarians at least.

Shepard: o_o

2 seconds later...

Shepard: Hey Miranda. This isn't going to work out.

Miranda: Shepard? What are you...?

Shepard: Can't talk. See ya.

Anyway, Tali, you were saying?

Hey Airplane was only made in the 1970's! That; not. . .so far back. . .

*Sigh* okay.

Hrm. . .how about Wall-E? Other than being cuter than hell, it also has the perfect undertone of 'impossible romance'.
It'll make Tali cry with joy. ;)

Kelly: My female intuition says she wants to be more than just friends.

I wasn't complaining about your choice! Airplane is a hilarious movie. I was just clarifying what I meant by "classical", basically what would be old movies to them, which Airplane does fall under.

But yeah, Wall-E was great, and I think she'd enjoy it a lot. :)

Which is exactly how my first playthough went.
Since then I don't even bother talking to Miranda or Jack after their loyalty missions.

V for Vendetta. And then Tali will start to wear a hat and a cape and recite badass Shakespeare quotes while slicing bad dudes open with her knife.

Everyone loves Wall-E. <3

That got me thinking, though: what's going to happen to OUR music and our movies? Will they become the 'classics'? And if so, then what happens to the things we already call 'classics'? Do we change their name to "classics, But Now More So", or will they just vanish?

I don't want my music to become 'old people' music!!!! :(

Am I the only that spoiled for myself that she was an LI before the game?  I mean, part of me would have loved to have been surprised like that, but learning that she was an LI a few days before the game came out made me want to play so much more.  Going into the game, that was one of the main things I wanted.  I kind of feel like I would have been massively disappointed with the rest of ME2 if she wasn't an LI again.

I'll probably end up doing the same thing for ME3 though.  Following until the last minute to make sure that Tali is a squad member and doesn't get Liara'd.  I think I would be just fine not buying a ME3 without Tali.
