Quarians seem to have somewhat more pronounced curvature to their spine.

lol yeah pretty much, i was just looking around the quarian ship then my eyes caught the attention of the quarians bended legs and when i look closely at their feets... *gasp* the females had 3 and the males 2! what is the meaning of this!?

I'd like to hear a biological explanation for this.  I can't even begin to guess.

obviously their feet are their reproductive organs.

I haven't paid attention to the male models enough to notice if they only had two toes, but if they do, I assume it's just a modelling oversight, or their third one is extra small (har har har). There's no way they'll have a different number of digits than the females.
