Actually they said it would end shepards story arc not talis.

One in the same sadly.

I'm not looking forward to ME3...even as I'm REALLY looking forward to ME3.

You, me and lots of others too I suspect. It will be bittersweet. Still, it should be a fantastic experience and one I would much rather have, and wistfully look back upon while lamenting a lack of similar scale and quality until BioWare or someone else comes up with the next truly epic game franchise, as opposed to not experiencing it at all.

Of course. Life is all about meeting and parting.

The better the game is the more deflated I feel after beating it.

As was the case for MGS 3(though not 4, what a crappy game) BG2, ME2, and a handful of others.

I'd pay good money for some device that lets me selectively delete memories, so I can relive my favorite movies, books, tv shows, and games over again.

That art pic reminded me of how Tali in many cutscenes tends to pull out her Omni-tool and not a gun when being at 'stand ready for battle' pose. I thought it was cool and cute.

(Sigh) I Love it, you guys know I do, but the only thing that gets to me is, well, all this talk gets me really excited, and all I want is to see my John Shepard bring peace to the Galaxy, Marry Tali Vas Normandy, and win back Tali's Homeworld. Not nessasarily in that Order. However...Mass Effect 2 just pretty much came out. So, that's begs the Question: How long are we going to have to Wait to see all those things happen? What do you guys think? ME3 in early 2011, 2012? I REALLY want Bioware to take thier time and tell EA to go Frak themselves if they try to get the Devs to rush the game. I want it to be "done" whenever it releases. But...ugh...the idea of waiting more than two years just...man...it gets to me sometimes...

You are assuming that  ME 3  development start after ME 2,     ME 3  was  in the works when ME 2 came out its more cost effective to  make the games right around the same time.

Good call. Brings back a memory of visting the Florida Keyes watching a spectacular tropical sunset overlooking the Caribbean and reading those very words neatly carved into marble stone blocks on a boardwalk towards a pier....That was a nice trip.

In light of the fact that ME3 will not undergo the same game engine overhaul, etc. I think we can realistically expect a late Autumn launch of M3 in 2011.

It will come out in December of 2012. See that is what the Mayans predicted. The end of an age. ME Trilogy coming to a closure is an age of its own. Well a bunch of panicy people will be worried about the end of the world, we will know the truth. Be thrilled to play the game, but sad knowing it ends here. No one else will be wiser to the truth.

Exactly  maybe Christmas they would want to get this rolled out right around that time... and then have the DLC for early 2012

I have posted more fanfic.

In appreciation for those who have suffered through several postings of nothing but dialogue and internal monologue, this one is almost purely action.

Good morning.

I agree. They've already said there will be an ME release in that period. Its probably ME3.

Hey! I actually love dialogue and internal monologues. But then I read Arther C. Clark and Dan Simmons. :)

Am I the only person who's still eager to the larger DLC? There could be Tali in them!

This platform has returned from re-reviewing applicable historic log to find activity of sapient collective has re-doubled.

Back-tracking appears futile. This platform will attempt to keep up to date with all future submissions to this form from now on.

Query: We requested that this platform be issued a designation. Has this been completed? Protocols for self-designation have been installed (Program 1123 ID: Name) and are loading should designation still be pending.

I like a nice even mix, really. Well, maybe not so even, maybe 60/40 or 70/30 dialogue/action. I like David Drake. Lots of character stuff and then some really brutal action right near the end.

Most of the action we actually see in ME2, so I'm trying to avoid it. It took me a while to think of some stuff that happened off-screen for me to write about.

I would prefer some deep chr invovling content DLC along the way

SO long as it doesn't actually detract from the ME3 experiance.

Which, there is no way of knowing one way or another.
