No.  Quarians know that piercings increase the risk of infections.

(And what's the point of having a piercing if you can't show it off?)

Right, besides the risk of infections the whole procedure would be a great risk to their immune system.

Btw. I love piercings, but there are people that simply should not have any. And imo Tali is one of them

I think the face works really well, but eyes and angle give the image a slightly creepy vibe. Good job, though.
