No.  Quarians know that piercings increase the risk of infections.

(And what's the point of having a piercing if you can't show it off?)

Right, besides the risk of infections the whole procedure would be a great risk to their immune system.

Btw. I love piercings, but there are people that simply should not have any. And imo Tali is one of them

That would smudge her visor.  It would be nice if you could access some dialog though.

I apparently have a very kind-looking Shep because I've never noticed that.  Then again, I did make his face look kind of soft in the first place.

Whenever I think of "smudgin her visor" I think of a hilarious story that I should totally write. But I haven't, because as said during the haiku thingy yesterday, I have the writing skills of an eight year old who has the writing skills of a chicken.
