Except for Jack's, maybe.

I must have missed something, besides showing you have her loyalty what is advantage? colorscheme of outfit clashes horridly purple and gold do not work.

I find that insulting!  Those are my university's colors, and they go splendidly together.

not meant to insult just stating personal opinion. prefer to see black and purple, darker colorscheme more artistically pleasing. always had a fondness for darker colors.

A lot of people disagree, in fact gold is generally thought to work very well with purple.
Frankly, I like her post-loyalty outfit better and I don't even LIKE gold that much.  The pre-loyal one looks fine, but much too plain, especially the mask.  The slight gold accents take away the 'plain metal' look of her mask, and help compliment the necklace she wears.

Don't have to romance a character to be a fan. Could just be a fan because you want them as a ME3 Squaddie.

Thats not entirely true, I mean you couldn't originally have sex w/ Tali but look at us.

I'm sure if enough people wanted it Bio would rectify this oddity for mordin as well

I like the gold and I like the brighter cloth hood, but it doesn't mesh with the rest of her suit at all. Too strong a contrast difference.

Original color all the way.

She, thane and jack are the only people who I keep in their original outfits.

This.  I was so irritated when I went to switch costumes and the second  one had the same damage.  I... guess they just repainted parts of his ridiculous, ruined armor?  Pretty lame.

I do too, but ONLY dark colors can be too muddled and boring sometimes.  Black and purple is nice, but I find that having a brighter color like gold to create some contrast makes the whole ensemble more visually interesting.
