Ashley gets mad and leaves and you stay with Liara. 

And that was a major flaw with the ME1 romances.  It was way too easy to romance Ashley, you just have to not be a complete ass to her once.

Probably not.  It would be nice if we could get some kind of ackowledgement of our relationship in the first parts of the game, but as far as a romance scene, I feel like it would be out of place.

I am hoping to see Tali in the opening scene (and all scenes throughout) in ME3.
