If you or your ship were in a nasty roll or a spin you would feel centrifugal force (akin to artificial gravity) i.e. you might start to "feel heavy".

There is no atmosphere...so possibly not.

that is what i am thinking. But if a ship spins in space, doesnt that create artificial gravity?

For things inside the field there'd be artificial gravity.. and your movement inside that field would be affected... but the Gs from the ship moving should have no bearing on you unless the whole thing was caught in another masses' field....

Probably just when the ship is accelerating.

remember in 2001 Space Odessy, the ship was revolving and they had gravity. and i remember watching Science Channel and they said they can create artificial gravity my centrifugal motion

has to be in far future  200 to 300 yrs or so when we can creat own enviorment around ship so Gs dont matter
