Could be but it appears symmetric...there is a faint trace on both sides of the face.

Freckles are reskin. Posted several hundred pages ago. Not official.

Same here buddy, although not stormy, but I stargaze a lot. I sit there and wonder what is out there. And then wonder to my self "..Is anyone out there looking up too? Are there other species CRAVING the same question?" Looking at the stars and knowing that each one has at least some planets orbiting them.. Maybe a species knows we are here, maybe the adore us and crave to meet us, but lack the ability to reach us.

It boggles me and keep me awake at night. All I know, is that if we live long enough to meet or be greated by another form of sentient beings.. I will be able to die happy.

Without that evidence, he may never have been made a spectre (since his inspection mission ended with the spectre sent to observe him dying)

I agree, Tali getting kidnapped and being on a timer to save her would be a horror mission. You might fail and lose her. That would be... Traumatic

Yeah. Tali and Liara were the most important non-Shepard crew members in ME1, story-wise.
