Since we know that Tali was on her Pilgrimage when she met Shepard. I don't see the Quarians allowing any non-proven adolecent "leading" anything even if she is an admiral's daugther.
That plot is so far out there, its not doable.

I agree, espicially since theres tali in it 

now what about if he befriends geth, and his cybernetics )or some other more likely thing), hold like 2000 programs, so while he serves the fleet (cause they took him in after the whole nuking military base thing) he has to keep the secret of being/haveing part geth

What about the tw o years during shep's death? besides if its well written and there's explosions its sci-fi, the beauty is plots can be streached
