Chirality doesn't really influence appearance at all. Krogan and Salarians are levo chirality, like humans, and they look completely different.

still interesting concept. needs refining, not tough like turian fringes, possibly loose and wavey also more numerous...hmm... like thin hairs but made of skin...hard to describe would be better to show if picture exists
