You dont really need to make it look like an accident when the person killed has just insulted galactic heroes.

You dont really need to make it look like an accident when the person killed has just insulted galactic heroes.

Plausible deniability.
Its because they *are* heroes that they should take a little more care, just because you are "renegade" does not mean you should be careless or dumb when you want to off someone. In this case you'd be the first suspect since Tali did deck her and you did threatened her. Fine line when you kill an enemy, and outright murder of a citizen for no other reason then her expressing her views.
Now, planting a false trail of a stalker making death threats on her becasuse of her actions...then killing her, takes both public suspicion away from you and gives you a reason to "investigate" her death, with of course a verdict of "mis-adventure".

To fully answer the question... yes they can.  However, that means exposure to dust-form element zero for the mother before or during pregnancy, which usually means two things on a Quarian ship:

1: Something went catastrophically wrong with the engines.
2: The mother's suit was breached.

Both have a high possibility of inflicting death for a Quarian.  So biotic Quarians are very rare if they exist at all.

I don't think we've seen any, so it's not a natural trait like it is for Asari.  A Quarian could probably become a biotic the same way a human can - in vitro exposure to element zero - but that seems unlikely with their suits and controlled environments.

The fact that they are heroes who had just been insulted means that there will be many groups of fans who would be rabid enough to kill her. Sending in Miranda to take care of the problem when it is still fresh, makes perfect sense. If they had waited then it would have been suspicious.

Wrex was kinda rude to Tali when you take her on Grunt's loyalty. Doesn't say anything to her, and when She goes "Wait, so this is like a pilgrimage?" (when Wrex describes the rite Grunt must go through) He just yells "I don't care what aliens call it"

The C-Sec guy from that "credit chit mission" was like that too. When she starts describing the pilgrimage he yells at her that he doesn't care and to cram her traditions.

Poor Tali, I'll listen to you talk about pilgrimages.  ...again.

Yeah, he was either being snide because she wasn't particularly friendly with him, or he was just being a total bonehead. 

"Hey, we have an AI on board! Quarians like AI right? Right?? What? Shepard, why is she glaring at me like that?!"
