Yeah, because orcas, rhinos, wilderbeast, giraffes, leopard seals, apes, otters, mongooses and the occasional...beaver (pun intended) are all SUCH attractive mating options for the modern day ****** Sapien....<_<

Samara is a disturbingly close second to Tali for me.  I'm almost sad she is un-romanceable.

 I think Tali, and Quarians in general, are really well liked internally by Bioware

Back in ME1 they really told you a lot about their culture, and it just seemed like the most developed culture in the game.

In ME2 they threw all those missions where you had to help a quarian out, a lot of aliens mentioned quarians  (Like the asari talking about her partner, and how she would say quarians had "old souls" and loved their art). And last but not least, Quarians are the only aliens that have both their genders represented in game.

Talking with her in reality would be quiet fascinating, I mean, she was born, while humanity was in the middle of the medieval times.

Why like Samara? What appealed to you? She was devoid of any feeling. Like I said earlier, she appears to be some sort of robot. Never blinking.

Why Samara?
She was focused so much on her code.
Not that its her fault but she just never seemed to show much affection.

Were it not for her Shepard would be with the Collectors now.

Yeah here initital motivation where quite nobel. And i appreciate her sacrifices for me, but that doesnt neccesitate loving her. especially when she chose revenge over you. And I gotta wonder what happened between here and that drell guy that made her so much more loyal to him than me.

Segio already explained it for me. I liked her personality, I liked her voice and accent, dem hips, a great squadmate (I always did prefer tech abilities over biotics), and because she represented her whole race in the first game. The quarians were fascinating to me even before the game released.

Oh wow didnt know the released much info on them before ME1.

Oh yeah, they even had a screenshot of Tali labeled as Quarian.

I remember my initial thought; Huh, she looks exotic.
