Hmph. Mordin considers a relationship with Tali as a "dalliance". Hope that isn't Bioware's opinion on it. <_<

This is a big fear of mine as well.  It should be clear to them that the romance portion of the game, while small, is a big deal to a lot of people.  They would be wise to make it a larger part of the story.  I don't want another 3 lines of dialogue and a sex scene this time.  I want the romance to actually pop up in some places.  Starting the game already in a relationship gives Bioware a good chance to do that.

While I would LOVE this, for all LIs, I'm worried that Bioware will do the minimum with romances (or ME2 characters in general). There is going to be a LOT of dialogue to record for ME3, pending the multiple choices enacted throughout the other 2 games, and they could either 1)make certain decisions not as big as we suspect (i.e Clan Urdnot still rallies Krogan clans on homeworld, Wrex or not), 2)to save cash, don't record as much dialogue that isn't important to the plot. I hope Bioware isn't going to be lazy and/or cheap about it.

That could also possibly mean more discs to boot for the game. Bah who cares I ll play a mass effect game that has more than 4 discs!!

We understand your decision, though this leaves us remaining Geth without a de facto leader in this thread.

We may return.
We are still reaching a consensus.

I am still thinking about things.

This... is distressing

Yes... it is.:(

We have reached consensus. Our contributions to this thread will likely be far less frequent pending the loss of fellow Geth.

Well there is always hope of me returing to the geth.

We do not hope. We calculate, right now, we have reached consensus of roughly 29% chance of you returning to Geth permanently.

Oh, it was definitely a compliment.  And I have listened to a few of the pieces you've made.  Great stuff.  It almost makes me want to make an account on youtube to rate your videos.:P

A shame you don't write, but I can't complain too much, considering we have a lot of talented writers to follow in this thread.

Thank you on both counts, and I concur: We have the good fortune to have a number of enjoyable fanfics created by fellow ME fans.

ME3 should start with something like,

*Screen is pitch black for a few seconds. You hear the low humming of the Normandy, which lets the viewer know that they're somewhere in the Normandy*

*EDI's hologram appears* "Commander, I'm sorry to wake you, but you have an urgent message from the council."

*Lights come on, and you see Shepard get up from bed. Next to him is your LI, sleeping*

Farewell fellow Talimancers. Need to go do some probing on ME2 before I hit the collector ship.

P.S. Somebody, we hope that your consensus leads you back to us, but if not we respect your desire for self determination.

Agreed. Tali romance far from dalliance. Deep, loving, connection. Wish more post-suicide mission dialogue available.

I didn't talk to Mordin enough in my first playthrough to get this dialog option, wish i did now though

Just talk to him after you've made it clear to Tali that you want to be with her.  Then prepare for rofls.

can't wait, but i already chose Miranda for my current playthrough

I wouldn't mind that either! But... Bioware and EA are still companies looking to make money, I have my worries! I hope they go all out in the conclusion. :(

It could also be effective if it was due to an attack by small Cerberus fighters trying to regain their holdings since EDI has probably decided to stay with Joker Shepard.

Anyone know what joker says after the Tali recruit and loyalty missions?

"Well, I always liked Tali, so let's just move on."

That's what he says when you ask him about your squad but after missions he says other things

You've already got two of the three comments.  The last is after the loyalty mission and he says something along the lines of...

'Glad that thing with the Quarians is over.  I guess spending your whole life aboard a ship can really mess with your priorities.  ...Says the guy who... Great, I just burned myself...'

Alrighty, I'm going to take my leave for now. Tomorrow is my last day of classes and then SPRING BREAK. I am so ready to sleep in till noon everyday and stay up till 5 AM every night.

And then I'll pay for it the week after. Luckily, my professors are very kind and realize giving any tests the week after spring break would be disastrous.

Now that is offensive. Salarian lifespan 40+ years! Have not seen standard goldfish live so long. Genetically modified, super goldfish yes. Not standard buy at petstore goldfish.

I was speaking in hyperbole, but goldfish have also been known to live 40+ years as well.
Anyway, I like Salarians and I like goldfish so not wishing to offend either I retract my comment.

Many thanks. Reminds me to feed genetically modified super goldfish.

Taking into account your preference for Liara T'Soni and your frequent changing of loyalties, we believe those to be reletively generous odds.

Given BioWare's apparently stated desire to go all out on ME3 I hold little fear of them being either lazy or cheap with the third and final swan song installment of Shepard & Co.'s adventures together. I anticipate that BioWare is going to hit the proverbial ball out of the park with ME3. Ouh! The thought makes me feel impatient! :pinched::P^_^
