While I would LOVE this, for all LIs, I'm worried that Bioware will do the minimum with romances (or ME2 characters in general). There is going to be a LOT of dialogue to record for ME3, pending the multiple choices enacted throughout the other 2 games, and they could either 1)make certain decisions not as big as we suspect (i.e Clan Urdnot still rallies Krogan clans on homeworld, Wrex or not), 2)to save cash, don't record as much dialogue that isn't important to the plot. I hope Bioware isn't going to be lazy and/or cheap about it.
That could also possibly mean more discs to boot for the game. Bah who cares I ll play a mass effect game that has more than 4 discs!!
I wouldn't mind that either! But... Bioware and EA are still companies looking to make money, I have my worries! I hope they go all out in the conclusion.
I keep going back to the fact that its a smart business move. Surely Bioware can tell that half the conversation about the game is about the romances. Taking the time to make them all more involved with conclusions makes everyone happy. The fans get what they want, and Bioware sells more games without having to do a ton more work.

Hmph. Mordin considers a relationship with Tali as a "dalliance". Hope that isn't Bioware's opinion on it. <_<
This is a big fear of mine as well. It should be clear to them that the romance portion of the game, while small, is a big deal to a lot of people. They would be wise to make it a larger part of the story. I don't want another 3 lines of dialogue and a sex scene this time. I want the romance to actually pop up in some places. Starting the game already in a relationship gives Bioware a good chance to do that.

Alrighty, I'm going to take my leave for now. Tomorrow is my last day of classes and then SPRING BREAK. I am so ready to sleep in till noon everyday and stay up till 5 AM every night.
And then I'll pay for it the week after. Luckily, my professors are very kind and realize giving any tests the week after spring break would be disastrous.
Take care Solazz. Good luck on any mid-terms you may have, and have a safe and enjoyable spring break!

We do not hope. We calculate, right now, we have reached consensus of roughly 29% chance of you returning to Geth permanently.
Taking into account your preference for Liara T'Soni and your frequent changing of loyalties, we believe those to be reletively generous odds.
You have switched between Geth and Asari several times lately. Loyalties questionable.

Given BioWare's apparently stated desire to go all out on ME3 I hold little fear of them being either lazy or cheap with the third and final swan song installment of Shepard & Co.'s adventures together. I anticipate that BioWare is going to hit the proverbial ball out of the park with ME3. Ouh! The thought makes me feel impatient!^_^
Well at least your optimistic. I am all gloom and doom. I just can't trust EA. Its a monster on a feeding frenzy buying game comp. left and right...

I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but I never saw the big deal about the disc swapping. I mean, it only takes 10-15 seconds max to get off of your butt (if you're on 360) and change out the discs!

ME3 should start with something like,
*Screen is pitch black for a few seconds. You hear the low humming of the Normandy, which lets the viewer know that they're somewhere in the Normandy*
*EDI's hologram appears* "Commander, I'm sorry to wake you, but you have an urgent message from the council."
*Lights come on, and you see Shepard get up from bed. Next to him is your LI, sleeping*
Would love!
