I don't think so, then again I'm in the same boat as you (i.e. have all the HL games, expansions, episodes, etc. and haven't used g-mod to date).

I wonder if she has ever even taken out that knife.

Not in-game that I'm aware of, but if she hasn't at any point, and considering some of the environments she has been in, then that knife won't be coming out easily any time soon if she hasn't unsheathed it and oiled it regularly.

Please do. I find the nose negligable at bst, and the "scars" might just be racial markings. both add to over all alien effect.
