Of course there are a few things wrong / inaccurate about it... for instance they lack the curved-back shin bones. Besides that, I think that the build of the body is too heavy for a female... the arms and neck especially are a bit thick; Tali is a pretty slight girl. The nose is too wide/chunky for the profile that they give through the helmet, and the face overall is clearly not as feminine as what little we have been shown through the helmet.
However, there is one thing in particular I LOVE about this picture, and that is the way they did the neck and head. The neck looks natural, and attractive, and mimics the profile of the Geth with the smooth line coming from their back, up their neck, and all the way over their head. If you ignore the details the artist added, like skin markings and the little holes on the inside of the eyes, it also completely retains the human shape of the face while giving a physical basis for the somewhat elongated heads that Quarians appear to have. They even have some aesthetically pleasing qualities that humans don't have, like that lovely swoop that her neck muscles make as they come down towards her collar-bone area.
Obviously Bioware already knows what Quarians look like, and it probably isn't like this. But IMO it is an interpretation that has a lot of merit and makes sense in a lot of ways.
