Hmm... don't really see it, myself.

Lack of sunlight doesn't really make her alien-looking, just makes her skin a little bit sickly-looking, as any human would if they were kept away from sun for most of their lives.  Her eyes themselves also pretty much look human except for the cybernetics, but cybernetics aren't alien either.  The only thing really is the exceptionally wide and flat upper nasal bridge -- probably out of the range of typical, but lots of human ethnic groups exhibit that feature to a (usually) lesser degree.

Anyway, like I said.  I think she looks attractive, and I don't really dislike the picture, I just don't think she much looks like an alien.

There was never any question to where his loyalties lie. He has always been loyal to liara. he is merely her in mutual respect to support our support of Tali.

In defense of Somebody, no one ever said this was a "Tali as an LI" thread. You can have someone else as an LI and still be a fan of Tali.
