The amount of immuno-boosters and antibiotics she's got running through her body, I don't think that's going to be much of an issue.

Frankly I don't think it makes a difference.  It's like the 5-second rule -- it doesn't get any more contaminated.  Either you don't touch and she doesn't get sick, or you do touch and she does.  More touching or less won't change anything.

Those drugs aren't perfect.
They don't make her completely immune, just reduce the risk of infection slightly.

If there is more to be done to reduce the risk I'd do it.
