TBH, when people mention FF I tend to smack them and question their opinions about gaming... THIS IS A JRPG FREE ZONE

Heh.  Well, I like JRPG's.  I'm a few hours in to FFXIII, and it's pretty good.  It looks unbelievable.  But I'm a westerner, with western sensibilities..  No JRPG could have the same impact on me that ME2 did.  And no RPG heroine can hold a candle to Tali.

To be honest FF isn't a very good representative of JRPG's. It actually attempts to change and try new ways to play.

The stories are still a little obscure but hey give them a tiny bit of credit.
