ME3's ending:
*Shepard and Tali are onboard some frigate alone for some reason*
Tali: Shepard, Harbinger is preparing his dark energy beam! He's going to use it destablize Sol, we have to destroy the beam emitter!
Shepard: This is bad...our weapons are still offline.
Tali: What are we going to do?
*Shepard thinks for a while, then looks at Tali, and smiles*
Shepard: I have a plan. Do you have antibiotics with you?
Tali: Of course, Quarians always keep some on them, but how's that going to help--
*Shepard interupts Tali by putting his hands on her helmet and removes her mask. He kisses her*
Shepard: Use them.
*Shepard then grabs Tali, and pushes her into a nearby escape pod, and seals the door*
Shepard: Goodbye, Tali. I love you.
*Tali pounds on the glass*
Tali: Shepard no! We can find another way!
*Shepard hits the eject button, and the escape pod flies away. He then precedes to fly the ship straight into the Reaper's dark energy weapon, destroying it with a huge explosion*
...
A while later everyone is abord the Normandy, Tali included, all sad and crying over Shepard's death. Until suddenly, EDI picks up a transmission from a nearby escape pod, and sensors show lifesigns aboard it. The escape pod is from the exact same frigate Shepard was on.

Yeah, it's cheesy and cliche as hell. And you know what? Not a single one of you won't have a huge grin at that point!
Cheesiness is ok by me, I'm all for a happy ending if it means a happy Tali. ME 3 doesn't have to be Romeo and Juliet.
I agree, cheesy >> > sad. I won't be happy if we have a forced sad ending to ME3.
