Man, they really went all out. Pretty much the most beautiful face I've ever seen on a 3D character.

Well, do you remember what Sovereign said that we can't understand them. From our point it may looks like they are mad and twisted but from their point it may doesn't because they think differently.
What I want to say is that we can't understand their logic until we are one of them.

I would argue that reasonable beings have no business being capable of understanding the Reapers.

All we have to do to kill off the Reapers is to tell Tali that they said that she and Shepard didn't make a great couple, her rage would destroy the Reapers on the atomic level.

All we have to do is convince them that they don't exist.

I suspect the most likely things to happen are these, in order of probability:

1. You're told to choose one. Whoever you don't choose, doesn't join your crew.

2. You're told to choose one. Whoever you don't choose, loses "loyalty" (like in ME2).

3. There's simply some angry dialog between the two, and you're told to choose one. Nothing else happens after your choice.

I suspect that the first one is by far the most likely scenario.
