Greetings organics, could one of you please re-post the comic showing a stick figure get excited about seeing Tali's face, then Bioware saying "naw, bro" and the stick figure screaming "FFUU!!"? We would greatly appreciate not searching through 2642 pages to find this.

Here you go my synthetic friend.

*snip*

Many thanks Sb1003, have you reached cons...a decision yet?

Not yet, I expect to reach one very soon though.

We await your decision, though upon further consideration, we fully support a decision to remain organic. We would then have improved synthetic/organic relations and would have an easier transition to peace.

Who said anything about Discretely? I'm naming my eldest Girl after her. Tali is a pretty name in any case.

I agree. I suggested it to my sister for her baby girl. It really is a nice name, but I tend to drift away from the mainstream names anyway. Most of my favorite names are video game characters names. Zelda cmon, Robin Williams named his daughter Zelda. Anyways so yeah there's 2 possible Tali's irl on the way imagine that.

Names in local area... unusual. Decided upon traditional names. Was tempted to name Jezebel...

Hm. That gives me an idea....Instead of naming my first son "Butch" I shall instead bestow upon him the name "Ahab!"

See I'd change that to Jeze, Jay-Z. Jezebond. Then
she'll be famous. It has to stick in you rhead somehow. Tali is so easy to remember, it's already a noun.

Hey all.  For your delectation and/or disgust: The prologue to my Tali fanfic is complete!  It's up on fanfiction.net and in my blog here.

I figured a prologue should set up for the readers how I prefer to play the ME games.  The story take place between the games, and the prologue serves as a little primer to show the choices my Shepard made during ME1.

Read and enjoy.  I enjoyed writing it, and look forward to taking it places both planned and unplanned.

Comments, criticism, etc., very welcome.  Until next time: Keelah se'lai, and I give you:

A Semiotics of Loss: Prologue

awsome !!

You did an awesome job of porteying the destruction of the Normady from Tali's point of veiw.

Either way works then, I will make my decision soon.
And with that I must depart.

Wow, I'm sad. Tali fanfics are dominating while us war fan fiction writers don't get any attention.

Playing DA:O makes you miss the banter even more. The brilliant arguments and conversations your squaddies automatically have between each other as well as their intricate conversations with you, put the character depth of ME to shame.

Very much so, IMO. I'm hoping that each of the two internal BioWare teams are able to share their success stories and learn from each other before implementing them in their separate games.

ME is graphically superior, though, how much space is the dialogue taking up in ME2? 300,000 lines of dialogue, if I remember correctly. How much is that compared to the graphics? How many lines of dialogue in DA:O, I don't know. But hopefully you're right. I would love for Tali to be like Morrigan while you're walking through town, "So Garrus, tell me about your mother" ior something, would be so hilarious:wub:

This is really good. I like how you ended the Prologue II... suspenseful and bittersweet (given that we know Shepard isn't going to be there)

Are you halfway towards officially being a "senior citizen" or less?

Note: IIRC one is officially entitled to a "senior citizen discount" at the age of 60 or thereabouts in certain parts of the world.

Oh, yes.  Well on my way.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought they were talking about ME vs DA:O

Edit: referring to the franchise, not the specific game(s)

Hello everyone, what's the topic of the day?

On a side note I may have to amputate my middle finger soon, but that's unimportant.
