I think that it is a possibility, but it is unknown. She said that they only get sick through a allergic reaction affect, so the anti-biotics could help against that. But on the other side of the argument due to the difference in DNA it could make it worse, so "protection" would be needed. hard saying, I actually want to hear other opinions on this one. I also wish the Doc wasn't busy, he would knock it out in one try... Unless he is scared

Ah, yes. As a physics undergrad I don't often get to perform anymore (I've been playing cello for the past eleven years), but I am fortunate in that I at least get to perform with the local county orchestra every winter and summer.

Sounds nice. I reckon I'll see about joining up with a choir again once I'm more settled and have a clearer sense of which country I may end up spending the next X amount of years in. Solo lessons are also of interest. Where your instrument is the cello mine would be my voice. Arranging/composing music is the same: I follow my artistic intuition and let my ears and mind's eye filter through the various parts until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Yes, my artistic intuition has always been more...clinical. I'm an excellent technical cellist, but it's only really been in the past three or four years that I've been able to put real emotion into what I play. I mean, I'd feel the emotion of what I was playing, but I wouldn't often express it outwardly. Probably why I'm a scientist instead of an artist... Oh well, I find joy and peace in performing and listening, and I guess that's all I--or anyone, for that matter--can really ask for, isn't it? 

That it is. You don't have to understand it to love it. As with many other things once you begin to gather a greater understanding of what lies beneath the surface you gain a greater insight in to what transpires to create the end result (much the same as with scientific research). I find that enjoyable although as with theater/movie/computer game productions, once you see behind the scenes there is a risk of losing some of the perceived magic as reality sets in. Well worth the risk when weighed against the opportunity to be an active part in something larger than any one of the participating individuals while also tapping in to creative urges and instincts, IMO. 

I used to think that learning the 'how' and 'why' behind something made it lose some of it's initial mystique and magic and intrigue, but then I began to realize that it should in fact make it more magical because all of these seemingly mundane and average components--be they musicians, scientific facts, or source code--can combine to form something so wonderful and fascinating. Simply put, how can such simple things come together to make something wonderful and there not be a sense of magic?

Sorry if it initially sounded like I was insulting your choice, I was merely (with a failed attempt at lightheartedness) pointing out that it was odd to complain... what's the word... lament(?) your choice and then you said "screw you". How was I supposed to react?

Personally I have always seen it as being hurtful to Tali if I(/people) romance someone else in ME1 which is why I reacted the way I did.
