I always save the Salarians so I just stick whoever I want alive at the end with them. Makes for a fantastic excuse.

After reading a couple of these posts, it feels like I'm the only person who managed to not have a romance with ashley or liara, but always conversing with them, even without ashley riding the nuke on virmire

A few things actually

I use Fraps to record the footage. Then I convert it to an uncompressed .avi with Vegas (sometimes I'll increase the gamma or adjust the color slightly too, to make it look nicer), then I import the .avi into ImageReady, edit it further to an appropriate size, and I'm done.

And my reasoning was Ash would want a warrior's death, prove her family aren't cowards.

In any event, you can always just not talk to Kaiden or Ash after a certain point. Problem solved.

Same. Ashley is IMO a "love to hate" kind of player. I have a playthrough where I Virmired Ashley, and Kaiden is so dull, I don't feel anything on Horizon. With Ashley, it's like, "Alright, confrontation even though I didn't romance her". Ashley's great to have alive on your single-Shepard.

Morning. Does anybody know how those samples you give to Mordin for study were obtained? They certainly weren't from Freedom's Progress as all you find there is some video footage of the Collectors abducting people. Cerberus says that on all other colonies there were no traces at all. Where the hell did those samples come from?!?

Not so. Some cultural things are not always easily translatable into other languages/cultures without long explanations that I'm assuming their translator implants don't handle well.

Puns for instance, hardly ever translate with the same humor to them in other languages.

i just started another me2 playthrough and just got past that conversation and wondered the same thing. Veetor said he studied them, maybe from his omni-tool? Thats the only thing i can think of
