A logical fallacy. An overstated critique of Ashley, IMO. She is certainly not the biggest fan of aliens (her family history does leave some good reasons for her taking a negative view towards aliens in general even though it is unfair,) but an outright human supremacist she isn't. If in doubt go back to ME1 and listen to her reaction to the Terra Firma demonstration on the Citadel. You may or may not need to have played as a Paragon.

She smiled and said that if she had been single she would have said yes. Today we are still in touch irregularly and she is apparently deeply in love with her current boyfriend. I'm pleased on her behalf. I've been in a few relationships since then and I have loved each of those women deeply while still being attracted to my friend. The fairy tale stories of "Oh I only have eyes for you and will never, ever be attracted nor could possibly fall in love with another person for as long as I live are just that: A fairy tale. Reality is far less clear cut and black or white.
