I haven't replayed it since then either though that has just as much to do with my personal opinion that FO3 is quite dull in many ways and even though it is a fantastic rendition of FO1 & 2, FO3 never manages to capture the same mood nor dialogue. As with Oblivion, Bethesda has made a mammoth of an RPG game which is a bit too open, IMO.

The emotional trauma that she obviously went through over the two years of revenge seeking. I'll give you an example
Doctor: Alright Liara lets talk about your relationship with your mother.
Shepard: Doc we really don't want to go there.
Doctor: oh is she dead.
Liara: uh yes.
Doctor: how did she die?
Shepard: *facepalms*
Liara: well...
