Of course we don't know the Code so we cannot say what crimes it concerns itself with.  Keep in mind that Samara was willing to let that merc go if she told her the name of the ship that Morinth was on.  I don't think they are exactly concerned with killing people for J-Walking, and perhaps not even for selling drugs.

furthermore the crux the becomes what is wickedness. Everyone is guilty to some extent. which would lead to universal genocide. Even the justicars themselves are not above reproach yet they do not commit suicide for thier own actions. which is hypocracy. another turn off.

I find this argument kind of silly.
"Wicked" is tightly defined by the Code itself.  It may not agree with what you think is wicked, but the Code is black and white, as Samara says.  This is not an ambiguous issue.  By definition the Justicars cannot be wicked if they follow the Code, thus there is no hypocrisy.

THIS.  Sad endings in movies or books can be pleasantly cathartic because there's a distance between the audience and the material.  Video games tend to be more immersive and make the tragedy more personal.

A well made sad ending in a movie or book can also be pretty depressing, but in a game where you're in controll it gets really bad. Still hate Fallout 3 before Broken Steel, and any other game with bad ending i can remember

The ending of FO3 made me furious.  I haven't played that game since completing it.

I wasn't furious at that particular ending, but it did surprise me a bit that there was no other way to bring home the proverbial bacon. I haven't replayed it since then either though that has just as much to do with my personal opinion that FO3 is quite dull in many ways and even though it is a fantastic rendition of FO1 & 2, FO3 never manages to capture the same mood nor dialogue. As with Oblivion, Bethesda has made a mammoth of an RPG game which is a bit too open, IMO.

Who didn't love FO1 or FO2 I've never played FO3 is it any good?

FO1 was awesome. FO2 I could never really get into. Too hard to roleplay almost forced you down the path of brute at the begining of the game. FO3 i thought was really good. did a good job tieing in the old game mechanics in a FPS and the world was big and open. I loved just wandering around and finding some strange shack w/ a crazy lady who collect nuka cola and stuff just like you could in FO1 but in real time. never actually beat it tho.

Well, I can perfectly say, that I don't like it, when people live after codes or rules (religious or otherwise) and don't interpret situations in their lives freely.

Someone told me you had one about the crew members after Sheps death.
Least I think it was you they said wrote it.

Well, I'd like to think mine are good, but that's ultimately up to the reader.

I'm not sure what story you're talking about.  The closest I have to the subject is Loss which follows Tali during the destruction of the original Normandy.

The policewoman is following orders (that aren't even unreasonable) and even Samara thinks, that this is stupid, but she has to do it because of the code.

She cannot change the law as she sees fit.  She is an agent of the law.  It is not her place to make moral judgments about when the law should be applied.  If she does, she is no longer an agent of the law.

I don't know all the medical terms basicly I see and hear stuff that isn't there. Mostly the hallucinations are about this woman, Muse. Only reason I take my pills is because of muse's "mood swings". I got tired of her biitching. Still useful though, helps me write on occasion
