Even she herself states, that she could get killed during the escape and that wouldn't help her at all. 

But to make it short: Breaking out of police custody as the code compels her to do, isn't the smartest thing to do in any case and there are dozens of alternatives, let alone the fact, that Samara would hate to act that way since she is a compassionate person. 

But even if all of this wouldn't be so, the fact, that the code only knows black and white is enough for me to not like it (which was my original statement to all of this a few hours ago ) and I would criticise every person for following such a code.
