I think it's time to face the music, Gerudan: You've dug deep and come up with nothing so far on Samara and the Justicar code other than your personal dislike for it. That's not empirical evidence.

1) she stated herself, that is wouldn't be unlikely for her to get killed, so she either flees or gets killed. 

2) Yeah, considering her subtle approach I rather doubt she could work "behind the scenes" being hunted by the police and the Eclipse. 

3) There is no evidence the authorities are bribed. I would rather say the authorities want to arrest her, because there has to be a reason for Shep be able to help and impress her. 

4) That was hypothetical 

My personal dislike was all I started with, I don't want to proof anything about a code that doesn't even exist at all (not even in the minds of the writers).

On social matters, based upon the descriptions of life aboard the Flotilla, there a good odds Tali leans heavily to the left. I'd say she's more likely to be a Democrat than a Republican.

Source? Even if she states that it wouldn't help her that is not the same thing as saying it makes it impossible for her to continue. Of course having the police after her would make it more difficult for her to carry on with her investigation but not impossible which is what you were alluding to. You're going to have to do better than that.

The source is the dialog between Samara, the policewoman and Shep when you met Samara the first time and yes, I'm pretty sure being dead would make it impossible for Samara to kill Morinth.

The final irony is your closing sentence whereby you end up espousing the same mentality that you started out claiming is what makes you dislike the code. You dislike it and the Justicars because in your words you don't like people who don't think for themselves and follow black-or-white mentalities. By stating above that you do not like them for following such a code when you don't even fully know what that code entails in detail (none of us do since it hasn't been made available,) is both ignorant and black-or-white since you've already made up your mind before viewing all the evidence. That's hypocritical of you.

Samara herself states, that the code only knows black and white and that is simply something that isn't right, specially not in things considering justice, innocence and wickedness. Everything one learns about the code makes me don't like it. I'm quite sure a woman like Samara doesn't need that kind of code to do the right thing and that it is rather hindering her instead of helping her to do the right thing and to stop Morinth.

In fact she has to "forget" about the code, to be able to follow Shep and do what is right.
