Yeah, no sex.....they kissed, all night  In reality though I think if I were Shepard I would just kiss her, give her a "little bit" of my germs so she can adapt, sort of like dipping your toe in the pool instead of jumping right in? There's also the theory/fact that humans have disgusting mouths with hundred of germs, would kissing Tali be more dangerous than intercourse?
